Steven Kmatz
History and Experience
- Steve is a native New Mexican that was born and raised in Albuquerque. After graduating from the University of New Mexico with a bachelor’s degree in Accounting, he worked for a local CPA firm in Albuquerque.
- After a few years as the Director of Finance at a large local medical practice, he returned to public accounting. In December 2022, he decided to open his own CPA office, providing Tax, Consulting and Accounting services.
- Steve has been a CPA, helping local taxpayers and business, for more than 22 years.

- Steve is extremely active in little league baseball and softball

Outside Activities
- · Steve loves to watch his sons, Jacob and Zach, play baseball and spending time with his wife, Mindy. When the rare, free weekend happens, Steve will be fly-fishing somewhere in New Mexico, enjoying the great outdoors.
